I will not date anyone that smells like garlic, sorry nothing personal but I have a strong sense of smell. I also can smell junk food and cigarettes. When you eat clean, and live clean you smell really good. These comments are not about bathing.

What you normally see in this category is a list of aphrodisiacs, but the fact remains that it takes more than just a stimulation of interest. Essentially, sexually speaking, it comes down to blood circulation, nervous transmission, brain impulses, general health and attitude. Food can make a tremendous difference. Not just the food you eat, but also the junk food you have to give up.

It's about time somebody wrote about the effects of foods. Most of the articles I see have to do with vitamin pills, which aren't foods. From my understanding (I'm a biochemist), a vitamin is a chemical. A food, on the other hand, is a far more complex substance, which is why it works differently than vitamin pills. I looked at your catalog and noticed that your ingredients are just foods and herbs, which is why I placed an order with you. I know this article is about sex and foods, but the truth is that nutrients from foods affect every cell in the human body. Good work.

The blood dilation thing makes sense, of course, but I never would have guessed about the fish oils and the connection with the nervous system.

This is totally true. I had a boyfriend who ate garlic all the time and things were never rosy, if you know what I mean.
