What makes you more tired: exercising or not exercising?
Surprisingly, people who exercise regularly have more energy than those who sit around the house, act like couch potatoes, have a job where they sit all day or haven’t picked up anything heavier than a doughnut in the last ten years. How does it make sense that exercise actually gives you energy?
The answer lies in the human system. Exercise makes you healthier, which in turn builds up your stamina, adds more oxygen, strengthens your tissues and encourages circulation. People who exercise live longer, healthier lives.
Researchers at the world-famous Mayo Clinic (yes, there is some good that comes from modern medicine!) tell us, “Physical activity delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. In fact, regular physical activity helps your entire cardiovascular system — the circulation of blood through your heart and blood vessels — work more efficiently. Big deal? You bet! When your heart and lungs work more efficiently, you’ll have more energy to do the things you enjoy.”
Now, to improve your health even further, merely combine: good exercise, one fun activity a day (relieves stress) and proper nutrition to energize your cells.
