Organic coffee cannot just be seen as a cleaner food, but also as a part of an overall effort to offer jobs, a livelihood and a cleaner environment. It is a win-win situation. I wouldn’t drink anything else. And when it comes to decaf, organic coffee uses the Swiss method rather than harsh chemicals.

I live in California and it amazes me how growers can still use pesticides after all we have learned about them. It’s like smoking. It kills, people know it, but they do it anyway. Crazy world. But I’m glad to see this article by Grounds for Change. I’d like to see more articles like this one!!

This article gives me more respect for the organic coffee growers. It seems hypocritical to be an environmentalist and not eat organically. Grounds for Change looks like the offer some great information.

This is a great little article. I’m a big coffee drinker and thanks to this I’m switching to organic. I had no idea how many pesticides were used in growing the coffee crops. Thanks
