Asian Ginger Beef Marinade
A rich flavored classic marinade…fire up the grill and go for it! Use organically grown ingredients.
Prep Time: 1:00
Total Time: 1:10
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger root (grated)
1 teaspoon sesame oil (Eden Toasted Sesame provides a rich flavor)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (granulated)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (Annie’s)
2 Organic Valley Boneless New York Strip Steaks (thinly sliced)
Instructions:
Thinly slice 2 Organic Valley Boneless New York Strip Steaks. Grate ginger and place into glass baking dish, along with other marinade ingredients, and mix well with metal spoon (as wooden utensils will absorb and retain the flavors). Add the sliced beef and mix until all pieces are saturated with marinade. Cover glass dish and marinade beef for 45 minutes.
Grill until desired tenderness, and enjoy. Create shish kabobs by alternating the ginger beef strips on a skewer with pineapple, sweet onions, cherry tomatoes and red pepper strips, and grill to perfection. You may also add broccoli and mushrooms for extra taste and nutrition.
