magical_bubbles.jpgStress. There is no way to live without it, only to lessen its degree. It’s everywhere you turn, coming from work, spouses, children, in-laws, finances, health and even stuff that just doesn’t work right! Plus, stress is cumulative; it piles up on us. Some doctors go so far to say that stress is the major cause of all disease, from heart attacks to breast cysts to flue to headaches.

Here are 6 ways to remove stress starting now:bfoodtabs.jpg

  1. Take BFood Complex. This product contains foods that contain not just the B vitamins, but also the cofactors (helper nutrients) necessary to make the B vitamins effective. A lot of people report the effectiveness of taking BFood Complex. If you have a lot of stress, you should take some every day.
  2. Watch something funny. Laughter relieves stress. It’s a miracle worker. We wrote an article recently showing the healing powers of laughter. It is a scientifically proven remedy for many mental, emotion and physical health problems. So find a bunch of funny movies and television shows and watch them all in a row. If you like Chris Rock or George Carlin or Robin Williams, get ahold of their concerts and watch them one after another. Laugh, laugh, laugh.
  3. Exercise. Exercise comes in many forms, so pick the one you like to do the most. There’s dance, tae kwon do, walking, running, jogging, swimming, aerobicize, tennis, racquetball and on and on. Get involved in exercise. It’s good for the heart and soul. If you’re in good health, after a physical exam, then do it until you’re exhausted.
  4. Get together with friends. If your family is your best source of friendship, then get together with your family. Bonding with people you know and care about relieves stress. Before you get together, plan an event to make things more fun. Plan to do a group puzzle, play games, do a sing-a-long, go on a big picnic, have a wine tasting party or take everybody out to the park with a bat and a tennis ball and play a game of baseball just for the fun of it, kids and grown-ups.
  5. Get involved in a meditative exercise such as Tai Chi, Yoga, painting, writing or reading. When the mind can be stilled, stress can be relieved. The way to tell if you’re getting something out of these exercises is whether you feel more relaxed at the end.
  6. Call everyone who is close to you and tell them you care about them — tell them you love them, if you dare. You’d be amazed how this relieves stress. Why wait until somebody is dead and gone before acknowledging your feelings for them? Life is difficult, and some people make the journey easier with their presence. Let them know how you feel.
