The global warming issue is thought-provoking. People should know that it's not enough to just fight global warming, but that what they eat has to do with farming methods, which in turn has to do with a part of the global warming picture. Conventionally grown foods are sprayed with toxins that affect the environment. Organics and biodynamics are earth-friendly. Earth-friendly. Isn't that the goal?

I'm moved to buy my coffee from the Beans for Hope people. The name is great, but the project and cause is even greater, especially as we're facing global warming.

This is very interesting. I can see why people want to switch to organic and biodynamic coffee. It makes sense for the environment. This article made me do a little reading on the side, to discover that coffee was originally a product of the Arab nations. Hence the name Arabica bean, I suppose. Nice article.
