How to Make Homemade Cough Syrup

There are two kinds of coughs, generally speaking. One is wet and the other is dry. The wet cough is your body’s attempt to break up mucus and expell it. You don’t want to suppress a wet cough.

But for a dry cough, this is a homemade recipe that you can make with ingredients from your kitchen.

In a cup, mix a tablespoon of RAW honey (must be raw), a dash of peppermint oil, and a quarter lemon juice (fresh squeezed from an organic lemon). Mix together and serve. Do NOT ever (NEVER) serve honey to babies, infants or small children. Infants younger than that are at risk for botulism from honey.

A strong cup of peppermint tea, honey and lemon is a good, hot drink for colds with coughs.

Plus, take 10 ImmuneSupport formula and 10 FlavoC per day. You may do this even if you are under a doctor’s care because these supplements are made of foods, not drugs or chemicals. And be sure to get some rest, even if you’re feeling better toward the end of the cold.
