The Olive Oil Industry is Full of Fraud — you may not be eating the real thing
The olive oil industry is riddled with fraudulent practices. Most olive oil is a low-grade mixture of olive oil and canola oil that has been deodorized and artificially colored — even if the label states “extra virgin, cold pressed.” Even if the label states that it was made in Italy.

How to Fight the Cellulite

Health Question of the Month: How to Fight the Cellulite

A Nutritional Schedule to contend with the problem of cellulite

Question:

I have a cellulite problem and it’s embarrassing. I don’t even like wearing shorts or going to the beach any more. What causes this, and can anything be done about it? I am 43 years old and in fairly good shape, maybe about 14 pounds overweight.

Our Answer:
There are a couple of theories regarding cellulite. One is that this can be caused by a deficiency in nutrients that support the skin cells, including the entire vitamin C complex (not just ascorbic acid) as well as bioflavonoids.

The second theory is that the condition is caused by fat deposits.

In either case, the idea would be to give the body the nutrients it needs to strengthen connective tissue.

Here are the supplements we use to support connective tissue.
Give this a try for at least 3 months:

FlavoC: 8 tablets a day

SuperGreens PhytoFood: 1 T per day

CodLiver Oil: 2 capsules a day

The above include foods containing the entire vitamin C complex, vitamin A complex, bioflavonoids and other nutrients supportive of skin, connective tissue and more.
