Answer:
Of course, it is impossible to tell you exactly what is wrong with you via email. However, I can offer you some nutritional support that would be of some value and has worked for others with similar situations.
First, a deficiency in the vitamin B Complex is very common among young people. This is because today’s foods are deficient in vitamin B and they contain ingredients that deplete vitamin B at the same time. HOWEVER, VITAMIN B PILLS is not the same as vitamin B FOODS, because the foods contain much more than just vitamins. Foods contain food “complexes” as well as many other cofactors needed by the body to utilize the vitamin B.
Next, there are other substances that can cause vitamin B deficiency, including drugs, prescription or otherwise. One that is notorious for this is the Birth Control Pill. Stress is another factor that causes the rapid use of vitamin B complex. Having had an illness is also a contributor.
In short, here is a great schedule for you:
It may seem like a lot, but it’s loaded with good nutrients that the body craves for biochemical functions and healing…
BFood Complex: 10 tablets a day
SuperGreens PhytoFood: 10 tablets a day
CalMag Balance: 6 tablets a day
ProMin Complex: 8 tablets a day
The schedule of nutrients listed above covers all the bases. For added support, you can take Fish Oil capsules at 4 per day (take only with meals).
It will take between 2 and 11 days to feel a big difference after taking these supplements. If you read the information on the Vitamin B complex page, you will notice many of your symptoms. Again, results come from the vitamin B foods and not vitamin pills. This is why we only use whole food supplements; because these are whole, natural foods reduced into tablet and powder form. These are the only kinds of nutrients our bodies were designed to use.
