Health Question on Vitamin B Deficiency
Question: Six months ago had a resection and ever since
I’ve had a vitamin B shortage which showed up in blood tests. I use a vitamin B nose inhalor and also receive a vitamin B shot every three weeks and the blood tests still show the vitamin B level is low. I feel as though I need something else and really need help in solving this problem. If you have any advise to give, please let me know. — TC
Answer: Here’s what we’d recommend:
1T BFood Complex POWDER per day
1T SuperGreens POWDER per day
The problem with vitamin B pills and shots is that
they contain NO (ZERO) cofactors that are only found
in foods. These cofactors (helper nutrients) are many
times more important than the vitamins themselves,
because they enable the vitamins to work. This is why
nature’s foods contain cofactors in the first place.
Thank you.
