Iím learning more about whole foods and raw food. Iíll been taking fish oil (Sockeye Salmon Oil) All this has helped but I still looking for something to help with my indigestion problems and high pressure and over all health.
Answer: Firstly, your cholesterol is in the normal range. Secondly, you are on the right track with dietary changes. Regarding blood pressure, there are a number of factors involved in normalizing this, but even medical doctors say they cannot say for sure why hypertension exists. For certain, there is a need for calcium (read our description of CalMag Balance on the nutritionresearchcenter.org Products page). Also, weight loss may help. This simply involves cutting out carbohydrates, not only sugar but bread, potatoes, rice and sugar-containing foods.
Fish oils are good for inflammation and Crohn’s Disease. Also needed are zinc-containing foods. CalMag Balance is a source of calcium that is used for many types of weakened tissues. But becareful of eating raw foods, because people with Crohn’s are known to have problems with them.
An Adjunctive Nutritional Schedule for the problems you mentioned, to support your body, is:
Detox Complex: 6 a day
8 CalMag Balance a day
6 Fish Oils a day
1 T SuperGreens PhytoFood a day
3 CodLiver Oil capsules a day
5 VasCor a day
