Health Question: Birth Control Pill and Deficiencies
Health Question: I recently started taking birth control pills and have since felt extremely fatigued, I was wondering if there are any nutritional deficiencies known to be caused by birth control pills and if there is any dietary changes that can be made to correct this.
Thank you for your concern,

Answer:
All drugs have side effects. This is an unavoidable reality, because chemicals are perceived by the body as foreign invaders. Some side effects are worse than others. Unfortunately, birth control pills have serious side effects that all women should take into consideration. Are the side effects worth the perceived benefits?
One of the side effects of the birth control Pill is a vitamin B COMPLEX deficiency. Certain foods contain the vitamin B complex, but vitamin pills do not contain any of the helper nutrients needed to adequately address this problem. Vitamin B complex deficiency causes FATIGUE as well as a wide variety of other possible symptoms. These are listed on our website:

Here is an excellent Nutritional Schedule:
BFood Complex: 10 tablets per day
AdrenaPlex: 3 capsules per day
FishOils: 4 capsules per day
For additional support, add
EnergyFood: 6 tablets per day
