Health Tip #13: Five Things You Can Do About Acne Right Away
Acne is treated by modern science as a disease, but the problem is that diseases are treated with drugs, so the underlying causes are not addressed and there’s always a fear of side effects from the drugs.
What causes acne? There are a number of contributing factors, including hormones, age-related body changes, daily diet, genetics and lifestyle habits.
Here are Five Things you can do about Acne Right Away:
1. Switch to an all natural diet for no less than two weeks (as a trial). The longer you are on this diet, the better will be your health in all aspects. The diet consists of eating only real foods, confined to all vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, brown rice and whole grains. Eat no (zero) processed foods that contains chemicals. If there’s a chemical name listed on the label, then don’t eat the food.
2. Cut out sugars and altered oils. Avoid all sugar. Beware that sugar goes by different names, but they are all bad, including but not limited to sugar, brown sugar, Sugar in the Raw, corn syrup, fructose, glucose, mannitol, grape juice sweetener, organic sugar, cane sugar, sucrose, etc. Avoid all oils except for organic coconut butter, organic olive oil, organic butter, organic flax seed oil. All other oils are out, including but not limited to canola oil, sunflower oil, sesame seed oil, lard, margarine, spray on oil, etc. This means avoid all desserts (ice cream, cookies, cake, etc) and junk foods (chips, breakfast cereal in a box).
3. Take these three supplements every day: InflaPlex: 10 capsules a day spread throughout the day, GreenNutrients: 10 tablets, and CaroC: 8 tablets throughout the day.
4. Buy a bottle of Aloe Gel and use it on your face as often as needed. Note that this may cause a little redness that fades in about 15 minutes to a half hour after application.
5. Encourage opening your pores by exercise that makes you perspire, hot compresses, steamy showers. Do not squeeze pimples or cysts, as this makes them spread into the underlying tissues.
