The Best Diet for Your Four-legged Friend

Too few people think about the nutrition of their dogs. They put down a bowl, pour in some crunchy dog food and call their pets to come dine.
Most dog food can hardly be defined as food at all. This is because dog food, in crunchy pellets, is cooked, baked or fried and contains a bunch of dead foods, a lot of artificial junk and synthetic vitamins not meant for man or animal.
What You can Feed your Dog for Better Nutrition
Ideally, your dog should be eating real foods like real meats, fats and vegetables. (Not bad fats, but naturally occurring fats, and not too much). We feed our dachshund Zeus, (pictured above) a home-cooked meal every morning complete with grilled chicken scraps, vegetables like carrots and zucchini, rice and for extra-flavor, chicken-broth.
Admittedly, Zeus is spoiled, but he’s a member of our family and after owning several dogs and keeping them on similar diets, we know this is a sure-fire way to keep him healthy, happy and strong for years to come.
For added nutritional benefit, you can supplement your doggie’s diet with NutriPlex Formulas’ whole food supplements. Just sprinkle one or more of the below on your dog’s food to improve health, immunity, prevention, healing and temperament.
Each one of the supplements listed are full of nutrients for bones, muscles, teeth, ligaments, internal organs, skin, eyes and temperament.
Add these supplements to your pet’s Daily Diet for better health:
- Whole Food Powder
- ProMin Powder
- CellPower Powder
- SuperGreens PhytoFood (yes, you can call it Fido-Food if you are fond of puns)
Our pets rely on us to give them the nutrients we need. It is important that we know the difference between canned/dry manufactured products and make sure to take care of them with real, whole nutrition that will keep our furry, four-legged friends wagging their tails.
