Can You Cure Acne in 3 Days?

I just came across a website touting that “You Can Cure Acne in Three Days. Guaranteed!” On behalf of logical minds everywhere, I have to say: NONSENSE! Moreover, it’s amusing, if not upsetting, to see that promises for miracle cures are as rampant now than ever before. But if you have acne, there ARE some sound health suggestions that have worked for others:

  1. Take 6 InflaPlex capsules each day: 3 in the morning and 3 at around 5 pm (you can take another 2 if you really need them)
  2. Completely get rid of these things from your diet and don’t EVER eat them: fried foods, sugar (sugar, brown sugar, sugar in the raw, cane sugar, syrup, corn starch, etc.), junk foods, cookies, cake, ice cream, cup cakes, breakfast cereal (except organic oatmeal made from scratch), margarine, and all oils except for organic coconut butter, organic butter and organic olive oil.
  3. Use aloe vera gel on acne, on pimples, boils, cysts and whiteheads. This may create some redness that wears off in a half hour or so. Apply as many times as needed.
  4. Avoid all artificial ingredients (read labels carefully)
  5. Avoid all cheese, milk, cream, milk shakes and pizzas
  6. Avoid tomato sauce and tomato paste
  7. Take 8 tablets a day of GreenNutrients

You must follow this schedule strictly for no less than three months to understand and realize the results. It’s not a miracle, it’s based on science and nutrition.
